MARIVELES, Bataan-Mayor Jocelyn P Castańeda warned today traders who are selling over price that their business permits will be revoked.

Mayor Castańeda’s action came in the wake of reports that there are unscrupulous traders who are taking advantage of the present crisis brought about by the coronavirus that struck the whole world.

She vowed to immediately cancel the business permits of these traders found to be selling over price of their trade. “Wala namang problema sa production at delivery ng mga paninda; tuloy tuloy naman sa mga check points kaya walang dahilan upang itaas nila ang presyo,” warned the lawyer mayor.

Mayor Castañeda asked the public to immediately report to her office thru the town’s facebook “Bayan ng Mariveles” those who are selling over price, vowing to take immediate action.

“I report nyo po agad saking tanggapan kapag may mga nagsasamantalang nagtitinda para ma aksyunan namin,” said the lady mayor.
