Municipal Budget Office
MISSION
To facilitate the preparation, administration and proper implementation of the Local Government Budget that will help both the executive Body and Legislative body to properly manage of the municipal financial resources.
VISION
An office that will provide the Municipality with a transparent, efficient and effective budgeting system which will lead to the realization of all the Local Government’s aspirations
for its employees and constituents.
FUNCTIONS OF THE OFFICE
The Municipal Budget Office is tasked with the responsibility of preparing the Municipal Budget in accordance with the prescribed guidelines issued by the Department of Budget and Management in order to conform with the mandates of R.A. 7160, as well as with the Local Budget Matrix and Allotment Release Order. The office is also responsible in the preliminary review of Annual and Supplemental Budgets of all barangays in the Municipality.
