GREETINGS!

On the occasion of the Investiture of Dr. Emanuel Castro De Guzman, we welcome his appointment as the new President of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) and congratulate him, as well as the state university on this historic event.

Since PUP established a branch, the PUP-BEZ in this industrial town over three (3) decades ago, many sons and daughters of the local residents of this town, the province as well as those of migrant workers at the Bataan Economic Zone (BEZ) now the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) had the opportunity to attain higher education and are now among the productive members of our society.

On this note, I would like to enjoin everyone from Mariveles as well as the whole province of Bataan to join us in this celebration.

To those who invested their resources, time and labor to make PUP what it is today, kindly accept our most sincere thanks.
